Amid a global outbreak, Geese found themselves at Stubb’s in Austin for the “Getting Killed” tour. The young band has taken the alternative scene by storm, and the turnout proved it. Fans were eager to scream along with lead singer Cameron Winters during songs like “I See Myself” and “Trinidad.” What may seem like a sudden rise in popularity is actually the result of years of dedication, as the band had been performing at Antone’s just two years prior. Geese’s trajectory is a testament to persistence and passion. The bands’ small spark has now ignited into a full blaze, and if this show is any indication, their momentum is only just beginning.
